Friday 4.11.14

Rating = 8
A. Squat Clean. Split Jerk, 3.2 - build to a tough set, touch n go on the cleans
170. I did 165 and almost missed the 3rd clean forward. I almost stopped there but tried 170 since I knew I could get it if I was more patient, and I did. 
B. Back Squat @ 20X1, 6-6-6, 4 min - all tough sets
190 for all sets. These were hard and make my hip super tight, but it has been feeling better on other things. 
C. Power Snatch. Above Knee Hang Power Snatch, 1.1 per min x 12 mins - 6 mins @ 105lbs, 6 min @ 115lbs
