EMOM x 30 mins:
1st - 6-9 double KB Push Press @ 20kg/arm
9 unbroken for all sets
2nd - 10 toe to bar
all unbroken
3rd - 6-9 ring dips
9 unbroken and kipping for all sets
4th - 10 chest to bar
all unbroken - I was sore from these
5th - 25ft handstand walk
all unbroken, easy
6th - 2 rope climb to 15ft

tried to do these fast - 0:22 for almost all sets, except one set I got tangled up a bit
