that you used in regionals last year
Complete @ 235. The first set was moderately tough, but the rest
were just tough.
D. BTN
Snatch Grip Push Press off blocks, 1 rep @ 155lb per min x 15 mins - hold bar
OH in lockout for 2 sec every rep
