A. Front Squat, build to a max
210. This is a 10# PR!
B. Squat Snatch, build to a touch n go triple
135. My hip was feeling tight, so I didn't push super hard here. 
C. Fat Bar Deadlift, 2 moderately tough touch n go reps per min x 10 mins - use the bar that you used in regionals last year
Complete @ 235. The first set was moderately tough, but the rest were just tough. 
D. BTN Snatch Grip Push Press off blocks, 1 rep @ 155lb per min x 15 mins - hold bar OH in lockout for 2 sec every rep
