Squat Clean, build to a tough single
185. I jumped up to 200 from here because I felt good, and I missed, but this was the closest I've ever been to that weight. 200# clean has been a goal for so long for me!!!

Back Squat, 2 reps @ 70% RM per min x 15 mins
Complete @160

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
5 power clean and overhead @ 135lb
3 ring muscle-ups

7 rounds even. Clean and jerks were all singles, muscle-ups were all unbroken
