220. I missed 230, like didn't even stand up with it at all. My hip
was feeling kinda junky so I just moved on.
B. Deadlift,
work to a tough single
285. I've gotten this before. I was pissed because I thought it was
295 when I got it, then realized when I was putting my plates away it was only
285.
