Saturday 4.5.14

Rating = 8
A. Back Squat, work to a tough single
220. I missed 230, like didn't even stand up with it at all. My hip was feeling kinda junky so I just moved on. 
B. Deadlift, work to a tough single
285. I've gotten this before. I was pissed because I thought it was 295 when I got it, then realized when I was putting my plates away it was only 285. 
C. touch n go Power Snatch, 3 reps @ 115lb per min x 10 mins

D. touch n go Shoulder to Overhead, 3 reps @ 135lb per min x 10 mins - bar taken from the floor
