Sunday 4.6.14

20 sec ALL OUT Sled Sprint @ 100lb load on sled (inside) x 8 sets, 3 min b/t sets - you should be able to turn the legs over really quickly, it shouldn't be a "grinder"
Complete, I did these outside because it has been dry for a few days, and this weight inside would have been more of a grinder. These whooped me. Leg fatigue hit hard on the last 4 sets. 

PM - 10 min Chipper Event

15 min AMRAP:
50 GH Sit-ups
40 HSPU
30 double KB Front Squats @ 24kg/arm
20 Burpee Ring Muscle-ups
10 Rope Climbs to 15ft

Finished the 20 Ring MU, then got 1 pull in on my first rope climb. Double KB FSQ with the 53# KB's may be my least favorite thing to do. I barely got sets of 5, with 2-3 fails.
