Deadlift, work to a tough single
290. My back got a little soft standing this all the way up, but this is a 5# PR.

Fat Bar Deadlifts (Regional Bar), 3 tough reps per min x 5 mins
Complete @ 225.

3 sets:
20 GH Raises @ 20X0
20 OH BB Walking Lunges - start @ 75lbs
2 min rest
2:05, 2:11, 2:15. Walking lunge weight = 75, 85, 95. 
+
EMOM x 15 mins:
1st - 1 legless rope climb + 1 Rope Climb to 15ft
2nd - 4 bar muscle-ups
3rd - 4 hang power clean and push press @ 125lbs

Complete. The hang power clean + push press was the hardest part.
