Tuesday 4.15.14

Rating = 7
A. Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 - work to a tough set
150. I missed the 2nd rep on my first attempt, but then I got both reps on the next attempt, technique felt pretty good. 
B. Front Squat, 4-4-4, 4 min - all tough sets, squats looked great last week
180 (almost failed), 175, 175. These felt really really heavy and my legs felt dead. 
C. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep @ 155lb per min x 10 mins
Complete. Slow standing up a few. 
D. AirDyne, 15 sec ALL OUT per 90 seconds x 15 minutes

Complete, maybe 10-13 cals per set? The monitor was acting up on a few sets so I just went by the big clock.
