Complete. Lunges were not that hard. Sled sprints I did outside with
160# added to a 100# sled- this was not insanely tough but it definitely got my
heart rate up and if I did much more weight it would be more of a grinder than
any kind of sprint. Bench press, I got 14, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7.
