Sunday 4.13.14

50 unbroken DU's
6 rounds + 9 burpees. All DU's on the first try, all C2B unbroken. C2B have been feeling a little bit rusty.

1st - 8 Fat Bar OH Barbell Walking Lunges @ 95lbs
2nd - 50ft Sled Sprint inside @ tough load
3rd - AMRAP CGBP @ 115lb

Complete. Lunges were not that hard. Sled sprints I did outside with 160# added to a 100# sled- this was not insanely tough but it definitely got my heart rate up and if I did much more weight it would be more of a grinder than any kind of sprint. Bench press, I got 14, 10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7.
