Friday 4.18.14

Rating = 8
A. Squat Clean, work to a tough double - 10 sec rest b/t reps
185
B. Split Jerk Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 - work to a moderately tough set
205. This was a little more than moderately tough, but 195 felt solid and I felt like it would of been silly to just do 200, so I did 205. 
C. Back Squat @ 20X1, 5-5-5, 4 min - all tough sets
All at 195. 
D. Halting Snatch Deadlift. Squat Snatch, 1.1 per min x 15 mins - 5 min @ 95lb, 5 min @ 105lb, 5 min @ 115lb - reset b/t reps

Complete. These felt good.
