Saturday 4.19.14

AM - DL int + Chipper

Deadlift, build to a tough touch n go 10 - only one really hard attempt
220. I think I could have done a little more, but this attempt was hard.

15 bar facing burpees
30 power snatch @ 95lb
15 bar facing burpees
30 front squat @ 95lb
15 bar facing burpees
30 power clean and overhead @ 95lb
15 bar facing burpees
30 back squat @ 95lb
15 bar facing burpees
19:08. I did sets of 5's on the snatches, 11/11/8 on the FSQ (these went much better than last week), singles on clean +jerks, then I didn't put the bar down on the BSQ but they were slow.
