Sunday 4.20.14

10 min @ 90%:
Chest to Bar - 3,6,9,12,15,etc.
Box Jumps (24" - step down) - 3,6,9,12,15,etc.
Finished the 21's and got 11 C2B into the 24's. Plus tearing my hands.

10 min @ 90%:
50ft sled push @ tough load
100ft bear crawl
6 rounds + about 10ft bear crawl. I added 165# to 100# sled. This combination was really tough!

PM - EMOM battery

EMOM x 28 mins:
1st - 5 Kipping HSPU to 6" Deficit
2nd - 7 KBS - 32kg
3rd - 5 Ring Muscle-ups
4th - 10 double KB Front Rack Walking Lunges @ 16kg/arm

I didn't think I would be able to do muscle ups after tearing in the AM, but I taped up my hands and wore my gloves and it was not bad. HSPU were unbroken, KBS unbroken, Muscle ups unbroken for the first 5 sets, then did 4/1 and 3/2, lunges were easy.
