10 double KB Front Rack Walking Lunges @ 16kg/arm
I didn't think I would be able to do muscle ups after tearing in the
AM, but I taped up my hands and wore my gloves and it was not bad. HSPU were
unbroken, KBS unbroken, Muscle ups unbroken for the first 5 sets, then did 4/1
and 3/2, lunges were easy.
