A. Squat Snatch, work to a single
155. I missed 155 four times before finally getting it. Then I missed 160 twice and moved on. This was not a good day for snatches. 
B. Front Squat, 3-3-3, 4 min - all tough sets
180# for all sets. 
C. Squat Clean. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 1.1.1.1 x 6 sets, 2 min - 3 sets @ 135lb, 3 sets @ 145lb
Complete. 
D. AirDyne, 18 sec ALL OUT per 120 seconds x 16 minutes
