Tuesday 3.4.14

Rating = 9
A. Squat Snatch. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, 1.1 - build to a tough set, no dropping b/t reps
145. I got 150 from the ground and it was beautiful and easy, then I missed it from the hang. 
B. Front Squat, build to a tough set of 3
125, 145, 190. 190 was super tough!
C. Elevated Deadlift @ 22X1, work to a moderate effort triple standing on 2" raised platform, practice using your legs to get the bar moving with a good torso
245. 
D. AMRAP in 10 minutes:
15 lateral barbell burpees
15 OHS @ 85lbs
15 lateral barbell burpees
15 OHS @ 95lbs
15 lateral barbell burpees
15 OHS @ 105lbs
15 lateral barbell burpees
15 OHS @ 115lbs
amrap lateral barbell burpees in remaining time

120 reps (finished the 15 OHS at 115). I did the OHS unbroken at 85, 95, and 105. Then did 6/5/4 at 115. Burpees were probly a little slow, but steady.
