Thursday 2.27.14

Rating = 8
A1. Bench Press @ 20X1, 1 rep x 5 sets, 1:15 min
150, 155, 160, 170, 175 (10# PR). 
A2. Fat Bar Pendlay Rows @ 22X0, 2 reps x 5 sets, 1:15 min
130 for all sets, except 135 on 5th set
B. AMRAP in 15 minutes:
15 deadlift @ 95lbs
15 box jumps - 20"
15 wall balls - 14# to 9 ft

7 rounds + 1 wall ball. All of my wall balls were unbroken! Deadlifts got really hard, I ended up doing 7/4/4 for most sets. My back got so tight and was really sore on Friday.
