AMRAP Burpee Ring Muscle-ups in 7 mins - compare to Regionals - use same set-up as then
28. I think I would have gotten 30, but I got a blood blister during the last 5, and it took away from my kip/pull. This is the down side of no-false grip.

EMOM x 10 mins:
1st - 12-15 chest to bar
12 each set...I taped my hands because they felt a bit torn up from the muscle ups. I hate tape, it takes away from my grip. I could get a few in a row, but then had to do a lot of singles. 
2nd - 12-15 hspu
15 unbroken each set.

AMRAP in 10 mins:
Box Jumps onto 24" - step down
(perform 5 burpees to 6" OH on the minute)
