28. I think I would have gotten 30, but I got a blood blister during
the last 5, and it took away from my kip/pull. This is the down side of
no-false grip.

12 each set...I taped my hands because they felt a bit torn up from
the muscle ups. I hate tape, it takes away from my grip. I could get a few in a
row, but then had to do a lot of singles.
2nd -
