Bar Pendlay Rows @ 22X0, 4-5 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min
95x5, 105x5, 115x4, 115x4. I used the new fat bar Arjuna had made.
It is a little narrower than the one from Rogue, but I feel like I get more out
of it on stuff like this.

8 rounds even. I did all the thrusters unbroken! I started them
unbroken and thought they would potentially be a trouble spot, but they felt
really good. T2B I only did the first 2 sets unbroken, then split them into
9/6. Box jumps were where I caught my breath.
