Thursday 2.6.14

Rating = 8
A1. CGBP with Chains @ 20X1, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min
Chains weighed maybe 20-30# total?? Then barbell weight = 90x6, 95x6, 105x5, 105x4
A2. Fat Bar Pendlay Rows @ 22X0, 4-5 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min
95x5, 105x5, 115x4, 115x4. I used the new fat bar Arjuna had made. It is a little narrower than the one from Rogue, but I feel like I get more out of it on stuff like this. 
B. AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 thruster @ 65lbs
15 toes to bar
20 box jumps - 20"

8 rounds even. I did all the thrusters unbroken! I started them unbroken and thought they would potentially be a trouble spot, but they felt really good. T2B I only did the first 2 sets unbroken, then split them into 9/6. Box jumps were where I caught my breath.
