Squat Clean and Split Jerk, work to a tough single
195. 185 felt solid, so I just did 195. I fucked up on the clean, I
did more like a power clean, front squat. I caught it in an awkward position
where my hip was jammed and I got stuck, then I just front squatted the rest.
The jerk was fine though, and this is a 5# PR overall.

Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch off blocks, 2 reps @ 125lb x 6 sets, 2 min - 5 sec
reset b/t reps
Complete. I missed the first rep of my second set because I bounced
the bar forward off my hips without actively pulling back on the bar. But then
I got the next 2 reps and didn't miss any more after that.

Complete.
