*I want
you to mix and match the order/set-up every set. Goal is same time per set no
matter the order.
First set as written, then did sit ups/kbs/burpees/row,
kbs/burpees/row/situps, burpees/row/situps/kbs. Times were 4:10, 4:07, 4:09,
4:09. Is this sufficiently mixing and matching the order? Or should I do things
completely out of order/at random like I tried last week? I just had trouble
remembering my order each time last week.
