Complete. This was 2 squat cleans and split jerks per set, right?

0:55. I did 8 unbroken, which is a PR by 1. Then did 2 singles. I
should have just gone for more in a row. I've been practicing these often in my
warm-ups using no-false grip, and I think I'm really getting the hang of
it.

lowering
Complete, did: hands on head. hands on shoulders. hands at side. My
hammys have been sore this entire week from these.
