A. Front Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 80% RM x 5 sets, 3 min - full depth
Complete with 155
B. Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 - build to a tough set
135. The second rep felt awful. 
C. Push Jerk Cluster, 1.1.1 - build to a mas set off blocks
180. I had to do this off of a rack, another member at the gym in San Diego was using the blocks. 
D. 2 unbroken Ring Muscle-ups OTM x 15
