A. Split Jerk, 1 rep per min for 10 mins - start @ 135lb, add
10lbs per min
Fail. Missed 215 (I hit the jerk boxes). Then tried again on the
last minute and missed again. The bar fell off the blocks too so I just
stopped. This sucks.
B. Deadlift @ 11X1, 2 reps @ 72.5% RM x 6 sets, 1 min - control
bar to floor
Complete
C. Pendlay Rows @ 22X0, 3 tough reps per min for 10 mins
Complete with 130
D. Fat Bar CGBP, 3 tough reps per min for 10 mins
Complete with 135. Just used a regular men's barbell, the gym here
in San Diego didn't have a fat bar.
E. One Arm DB Rows @ 20X0, 5-6/arm x 5 sets, 30 sec b/t arms
First 3 sets with 45# and got 6, last 2 with 50# and got 5 reps
