Tuesday 10.22.13

Rating = 9
A. Snatch Pull. Squat Snatch, 1.1 - build to a tough set, reset b/t reps
145. 145 felt really good, so I jumped up to 155. I was really really close for 3 attempts, then stopped. The snatch pull felt really good. Just didn't quite get the snatch. 
B. Deadlift, 1 rep per 30 sec @ 225lb for 10 mins - drop each rep
Complete @225. These were tough but this felt beneficial for me. 
C. Back Squat with Chains (~40lbs) @ 10X1, 1 rep @ 55% RM per 40 sec x 15 total reps
Complete with 125# barbell
D. Airdyne, 7 sec ALL OUT per min for 15 minutes

First half, I hit about 100-103 RPM. Second half, got towards 104-106 RPM
