Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, build to a tough single - no blocks, pause in
position.
145. These felt good, but I kept getting loose in the bottom of the
squat. I was able to fix it though.
B.
Deadlift, 1 rep per min for 7 mins - start @ 200lbs, add 10lbs per min\
Complete. 260 felt pretty heavy.
C. Back
Squat with Chains (~40lbs) @ 10X1, 2 reps @ 50% RM per min for 12 mins
Complete with 115# barbell
