Tuesday 10.1.13



Rating = 9
A. Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 - build to a tough set
140. My shoulders/arms felt a little wobbly/loose on these. May have rushed the warm up a bit. 
B. Deadlift Cluster, 1.1.1 x 5 sets, 3 min - all sets @ 80% RM, control each rep to floor
Complete @220
C. Back Squat with Chains (~40lbs) @ 10X1, 2 reps @ 40% RM per min for 15 mins - straight down, straight up, move FAST. 
Complete with 90#barbell
