Deadlift, 1 max effort rep every 30 sec for 10 mins - all sets @ 60% RM - drop every rep

500m Row @ damper 3
25ft Hand Stand Walk
25ft Walking Lunges
50ft Bear Crawl
9 rounds +24m row. I held an average of 2:10/500m on the rower. This may have been a bit fast, but I really want my rowing to get better.
