Thursday 8.22.13


A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 4 reps @ 75% RM x 6 sets, 3 min
Complete at 170
B. High Hang Squat Clean Cluster off blocks, 1.1 @ 135lb x 5 sets, 2 min
Complete
C. 10 min AMRAP:
Squat Snatch @ 75lbs - 1,2,3,4,5,etc.
Lateral Barbell Burpees - 2,4,6,8,10, etc.
Step Down Box Jumps (24") - 3,6,9,12,15,etc.
Finished 5 burpees after doing 7 snatches. Did all snatches unbroken except the set of 6 I broke into 3/3. Low back/hips felt on fire, but I was able to keep moving pretty well.
