body started shutting down at C1/2
A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 5 reps @ 70% RM x 5 sets, 3 min
Complete at 160
B. Power Snatch, 1 rep per min for 15 mins - nothing too heavy,
work on technique

C1. Press @ 30X0, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 2 mi
85x5, 90x4, 90x4, 90x3, 90x3
C2. Weighted Parallel Grip Chin-ups @ 50X0, 2 reps x 5 sets, 2

30x2, 32.5x2 for the rest
