build to a moderately tough triple - nothing too challenging on the elbow
145. I warmed up with 65, 85, 105, 125, 145. I only did 2 reps at
125 to save some in me for the next weight. Elbow felt weird after the 145x3
and didn't want to push it.

7:26. Paced row about 2:05/500m, I think I can hold a 2:03. I did
the thrusters unbroken, but they were kind of slow. The whole time I was just
hoping I wouldn't have to put the bar down. Glad I did this, cuz now I can
focus on speed and not worry about if I can do all of them in a row. The pull
ups, I slipped off the bar at 25, wasted about 5 secs rechalking. It was super
humid and I underestimated the amount of chalk I'd need.
