build to a moderately tough single - nothing too challenging on the elbow
160. I need to make sure I really punch up towards the ceiling,
doing this takes some stress off my elbow.

255. PR, this was very slow.

touch n go DL @ 205lb per min for 15 minutes
Complete. I think I will start off with sets of 3 in the DL workout
at Regionals.
D.
AMRAP Ring Muscle-ups in 7 mins
33. I got to 30 at 6:15. I sets of 2 up until 12, then all singles.
I set the rings at 82" and jumped to them every time, working on
controlling them from swinging on the way down.
