was my PR about a yr and a half ago.

Butt came off the bench on this one.
B. KB Front Squats @ 20kg/arm, 8 per
min for 10 minutes (stop if you fail)
Complete.
This is hard, but manageable.
C. For time:

This
went awful. Legs just did not want to give me much on the prowler, and our
driveway sucks and has cracks and there's a hill at the 200m turnaround where I
kept getting stuck on for like 3min. I really wanted to DNF this, but I kept
going and I guess just glad I finished.
