Tuesday 4.30.13


A1. DL, build to a tough single
250. This was probably closer to 1RM, but I wanted to get more than 245 since that was my PR about a yr and a half ago. 

A2. CGBP @ 20X1, build to a tough single
155. Butt came off the bench on this one. 
B. KB Front Squats @ 20kg/arm, 8 per min for 10 minutes (stop if you fail)
Complete. This is hard, but manageable. 

C. For time:
400 meter Prowler Push - unloaded
(8:30)
25 Burpees
35 Chin-ups
25 Burpees
(~5min)
400 meter Prowler Push - unloaded
(~10:20)
Total time 23:50
This went awful. Legs just did not want to give me much on the prowler, and our driveway sucks and has cracks and there's a hill at the 200m turnaround where I kept getting stuck on for like 3min. I really wanted to DNF this, but I kept going and I guess just glad I finished.
