Thrusters - as soon as you lock out the elbows overhead, start squatting. The
bar should meet you near the bottom of your squat. This may be harder to do,
but it will be WAY faster. Goal is sub 6:15 min on this.
6:18. Started the row off at 2:01 pace, but fatigued in the last
500m and was fighting to hold 2:05 pace. So it averaged out to a 2:03 pace.
Thrusters went much faster than when I did Jackie.
