AM - DL speed + DL battery based event
Deadlift, 1 rep @ 70% RM every 30 sec for 10 minutes - drop each rep, pull fast off floor, keep bar closer to legs

7:55. Muscle ups felt great, but DL felt really heavy. I noticed in my video that my feet look narrow? I think I'll try wider feet??
