A1. DL @ 20X1, 5-4-3-2-1, 1 min - increase per set, not too tough
185-190-200-210-220 (these may have been a bit on the tough side, but I am worried about DL in Regionals)
A2. CGBP @ 20X1, 5-4-3-2-1, 1 min - increase per set, not too tough
115-120-130-140-150
B. KB Front Squats @ 16kg/arm, 12 per min for 5 minutes
WTF. this was really hard. Front rack position, my shoulders were absolutely fried by the 4th and 5th min, had trouble just holding the KBs upright. 
C. 21,18,15,12,9,6,3 for time:
Box Jumps - 24" - step down
Chin-ups
