25:03. Completed the row in 8:38.8 (avg 2:09.7/500m). The last time
I did a 2k time trial by itself, I got 8:39. So this is technically a PR, but I
definitely wasn't going 100%. Then I did 70 DU's per minute for 7mins (last set
I did 80) and finished those at 16:00. I felt pretty good until I started the
AD, then my legs started fatigue (breathing was fine) and I just pushed to
maintain 63-64rpm.
