Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 x 3 sets, 5 min - start @ 130lb
130, 130, 135. These felt kinda heavy, failed twice at 130 warming
up, but then by the end they felt fine.
B.
Squat Clean, build to a tough single
175. I think this is a PR and it felt like I had more in me. Tried
180 once and missed it, but didn't try again.
C. High
Hang Squat Clean CLuster off blocks, 1.1.1 @ 135lb x 3 sets, 1:30 min
Complete. These felt really good
D.
Front Squat @ 20X1, 1 rep @ 60% RM + Chains x 10 sets, 1 min - SPEED
Complete with 80# chains and 110# barbell. These felt better.

9 rounds + 4 HSPU. Failed on about 3-4 HSPU, which were the limiting
factor. Tore my hands. My shoulders were really tight after this and I regret
not stretching afterwards.
