Sunday 3.3.13


AMRAP in 15 minutes:
7 DL @ 155lb
7 Lateral Barbell Burpees
12 Wall Balls - 14# to 9 ft
9 rounds even. This was definitely limited by the DL, did the first set unbroken then 4/3 for the rest. Wall balls felt good.
