Tuesday 2.5.13


A. 2 touch n go Squat Snatch per min for 10 minutes - start @ 115lb, add up to 125lb if possible
115x4sets, 120x3sets, then first try at 125 I failed on second rep, second try at 125 I failed on first rep, then third try I made both easily, so got pissed and did 2 extra minutes of this and got the last 2 sets with 125 just fine. 
B. Power Clean. Front Squat. Overhead. Back Squat. Overhead, 1.1.1.1.1 per min for 7 minutes - all sets @ 135lb
Complete. This felt good. 
C. On the minute unbroken Bar Muscle-ups (+1 per min)
8 + 2. Started getting conservative on my kips because my hands felt like they were gonna tear.
