Tuesday 2.19.13


A. Clean Pull Cluster, 1.1 @ 190lbs x 4 sets, 4 min
Complete, these felt stronger than last week
B. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean, build to a tough single 
155, on my toes. 150 was great though. 
C. Push Press Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 x 5 sets, 4 min
125, 125, 130, 135, 140. So, 140 was my PR for push press, but I'm pretty positive it's not any more. 
D. AMRAP Ring Muscle-ups x 3 sets, 4 min - goal is 5+ on set 1
7, 6, 4. Have not been able to get any more than 5 in a row before this!
