Sunday 2.17.13

126 reps (finished the round of 18). Last year I got 1 C2B pull up in the round of 18, so this is a 17 rep improvement. I remember last year, the thrusters just crushed me, I am pretty sure I did the set of 18 thrusters in sets of 3.  But, the C2B were the easier movement. This time, I handled the thrusters well, unbroken through the set of 12 and then did 9/6 and 9/9. But I think cycling the thrusters faster made the C2B harder, and my hand tore 3 reps in to the set of 21. I finished the set of 21 thrusters with 1:00 left and it took all that to get the darn chin ups.
