Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1 x 4 sets, 4 min - start @ 120lb
120, 125, 130, f/135x1/f. The first 3 sets felt pretty great. I tore
my hand on the 2nd rep at 130 and it messed up my pull big time on the final
set. Grrrr.
B.
Power Clean. Split Jerk, 2.2 x 4 sets, 4 min - drop bar after 1st clean
145, 150, 155, 160. At first, re-racking the split jerk for the
second rep felt weird, but then they felt better. Split jerks weren't touch n
go, just got back to front rack and reset my feet for the second reps.
C1.
Back Squat @ 20X1, 3-3-3-3-3, 2 min
145, 150, 155, 160, 170. 170 was very tough.
C2.
CGBP with Chains @ 20X1, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 2 min
36-40# of chains + 90x3, 95x3, 100x3, 105x3, 115x2. May have started
a touch too light..
