Saturday 12.8.12


AM - LP2-->LEnd (wt's/cyc)

15 Thrusters @ 75lb
15 C2B Chin-ups
15 cals AD
1:35, 1:43, 2:13. Felt okay going into 3rd set, thrusters and C2B felt completely fine, then got on AD and went super hard right away and burnt out-could barely pedal towards the end. This sums up these workouts:

10 min rest b/t sets

PM - MAP single modality
Row 300m x 10 sets, 1 min rest - 3 sets @ 75%, 3 sets @ 85-90%, 4 sets @ 90%+
75% sets: averaged 2:15 pace and finished in 1:21 for each set.
85-90% sets: paces were 2:09, 2:08, 2:07 and times were 1:17, 1:16, 1:16
90%+ sets: paces were 2:03, 2:03, 2:03, 2:01 and times were 1:14, 1:14, 1:14, 1:12
