x 5 sets, 4 min - drop each rep from OH, 5 sec b/t reps
105, 110, 115, 115, 115. First set felt real easy, 110 a little
heavy, then 115 was a little wobbly.
B.
Power Clean. Front Squat. Split Jerk, 1.1.1 per minute for 7 minutes - start @
135lb, increase to 155lb the end (if possible)
Built weight like this: 135, 140, 145, 150, 155, 155, 155. No
misses, but 155 FSQs got pretty slow standing up. I just filmed the whole
thing, gotta spend time soon learning to edit my videos.

Press @ 11X1, 1-1-1-1-1, 2 min - 1RM by the end
85, 90, 95, 100, then failed on 2 attempts at 105. So this ties a
pr, no new pr.
