A. Squat Snatch, build to a 1RM
Last week 1RM = 140. Today = 135. Not a good snatch day. Misses everywhere, missed 115 twice so just jumped to 125 and got it, fail at 135 once - then got it, jumped to 145 and it wasn't happening.
