A. Box Squat w/ bands; Work up the bar
weight where you can get 6-7 then perform,
5reps x 5 sets, rest 2-3min
Worked up to 125# x 6 (did 115x7 before it)
with the thick red bands. Then did 5x5 with 125. These were hard.
B1. Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift;
10-8-6-3-10(drop set), rest 10 sec
165x10, 175x8, 180x6, 200x3, 165x10
B2. Banded Leg Curl; 12 reps x 4 sets,
rest 3min
1st set with red band, the rest
with green band
C.
Complete 12 minutes of:
40-Yard Sled Push (heavy)
40-Yard Farmer’s Carry (heavy)
4 rounds + 60ft sled push. I added 60lb to
the butcher sled, and used 85lb/hand for the farmer’s carries. This was really
tough.
*Intention here is constant movement
for the 12 minutes.
*Don’t make the loads so heavy that you
cannot continue to grind…but don’t make them so light that you are sprinting
and so gassed that you have to break.
