Sunday 6.8.14

A. 
Front Squat (moderate load); 3x3, rest 2min
175# for all sets. This was a bit more heavy than moderate
*take a few warm-up sets then use same weight all sets
B. 
“Sage″

AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 

20 Thrusters (95 lb)

20 Pull-Ups

20 Burpees
*This is a grind
*Set a goal and don’t dog it on the burpees
*5+ rnds is goal by end of summer
3 rounds + 27 pull ups. I did awful on the thrusters. I did 7/5/4/4 on the first set, then sets of 4 after with way too long of rests.
