Knee Hang Squat Snatch, work to a tough single
160. I think this is a 5# PR!? I did this Regional
style too. I warmed up to 145, rested 5min. Then did 3 attempts, 1 every 2 min.
I got 140, 150, 160. This helped my confidence.

8:38 or 8:48, I started talking to someone before I
wrote my time down so I almost forgot. I did the first 2 sets of muscle ups
unbroken, then the last set 5/2. I did the first round of cleans unbroken, then
6/4 on the last 2 sets. The 50 pistols were taking right around 2 minutes. I
think I can/should do this unbroken on Friday.
