14:04. I started with
11 HSPU, then struggled with 2's for the rest of the 21. So maybe do like 3-5
instead of a big set? Then FSQ I did 15/6, 9/6, the rest unbroken. I did way
better than I thought I would on FSQ. Then I did the special person
burpees, this helped.

10:07. I pushed it in
the beginning, I finished 5 rounds in about 3:40. Then on the 6th rope climb, I
touched the beam at the top, then got to both hands back on the rope, then
my grip just totally failed and I slid all the way to the bottom and landed on
my butt/back. So I slowed down after that. And on my 10th rope climb, I got
about halfway and accidentally pinched the rope with my thighs, so I no-repped
myself and rested 1min and redid it. I'm glad I tested this one once, and I'm
glad my butt has a lot of muscle. Next time should I try it like an EMOM, so
then I'd finish sub 10?
