A. Squat Snatch, work to a tough single
155. I missed 165. 
B. Front Squat, build to a tough set of 2
185, missed 195 on the first rep. My left hip has been getting worse and it hurt really bad here. It got agitated on the snatch and just worse here. 
C. Fat Bar Deadlift, build to a max - use the bar that Arjuna got for you

D. AMRAP in 10 minutes:
50ft Fat Bar OH Walking Lunges @ 100lbs
10 Box Jumps onto 30"
10 GH Sit-ups

4 rounds + 5 box jumps
