7:22. For the 50 HSPU, I did 30 unbroken then 5's and finished those in 1:56. Then for the 30 HSPU, I did 10 then 5's. The deadlifts I did in 3's. 



I am in the middle of a running a really large experiment, and will be working pretty long hours this week. But I don't think it should interfere with training. I'll still give each day everything I have! Every Open workout, I always have 2 goals in mind- a smaller more achievable goal and a bigger real goal. For 14.1, my big goal was 9 rounds and I settled for 8. For 14.2, my big goal was to get through a huge chunk of the 18's and I settled for just making it to the 18's. Time to start going for the big goals!!!! I'm not disappointed by any means, I'm just not entirely satisfied.
